Return Policy

If you wish to return your order within 30 days of your original purchase date, go ahead and email us at Sales@HangSmart.com to receive a RA number to start your return.   

Orders from outside the continental U.S. are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment. You may use a return label provided. If used, a fee of $9.95 will be deducted from the total cost of the refund. Returns must be sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with tracking information and must be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise. Please make sure to package the merchandise securely and safely to avoid damage while in transport. Hang Smart TV will not accept damaged packages and is not responsible for in-transit loss.

Merchandise must be in original and unused condition. Any unauthorized returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, the delivery may be refused, and the merchandise could be returned to the sender.

Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, once received by our return department. During the busy holiday season, please allow up to 15 business days to process your return.

Open Box returns:

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs, and we offer a return option with certain conditions. Please be aware that for items returned in an opened condition, a 10% restocking fee of the total item cost will be applied. This fee covers the expense of replacing the box, repackaging materials, and the cost associated with generating a return shipping label. Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives products in brand-new condition, and these measures are necessary to maintain this standard.

For items returned in their original, unopened packaging, we will issue a full refund, minus any service fees or initial shipping costs incurred. However, once a package is opened, we need to enforce this restocking fee to cover our costs for repackaging and preparing the item for resale.

We appreciate your understanding that these policies are in place to offer the highest quality service while managing the costs associated with returns and exchanges.

Priority Processing Refunds

If priority processing is chosen at checkout and you decide to return your order, the priority processing fee WILL NOT be refunded. Priority processing is a service which is rendered at the time our staff boxes and packs your order. Priority processing moves your order to the top of our list and gets your order out to the shipping service before all other orders. Being as this is a service which has been rendered, we cannot grant any refunds on priority processing.

Final Sale Items:
Products purchased during a sale or promotional event, or that utilize a promotional code associated with a holiday sale or event, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Exceptions to the Policy:
In rare cases, if an exception to this policy is made and a return is authorized, please be aware that the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and the cost of the return shipping label.

Exclusions:
This policy does not apply to our standard discount codes that are provided year-round on our website, such as those obtained through our opt-in spin wheel. Items purchased with these discounts follow our standard return policy, which allows for returns within a specified period as long as the item is in its original condition.

Wholesale Items: 

Wholesale items do not apply to any discount or promotional codes. Any promotional codes that are considered sitewide or may be applied to wholesale items at checkout will be cancelled upon placing the order and we will kindly ask you to resubmit the order excluding any promotional codes. Oftentimes, and based on our system, we are not able to physically exclude a particular code from certain items. So in rare instances, the system will take a code on wholesale items, but we will not accept the sale and have the right to refuse the sale and fulfillment of that sale, as wholesale items are already discounted to reflect B2B pricing. 

Bundle Purchase Return Policy:

To maintain our commitment to offering the best value on bundle purchases, please be aware that these sales are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges. This policy helps us sustain the discounted prices and ensure each customer receives the highest quality, new products. 

in rare circumstances, we may consider accepting a return. In such cases, the customer is responsible for returning the items to us in their original, unopened condition. The cost of return shipping will also be the customer's responsibility, and an additional restocking fee of 10% of the order total may be applied, which will reflect in the refund. This policy ensures that we can continue offering these exceptional values to all our customers.
