What isĀ the HangSmart Package Protection?Ā  Package Protection is a package protection solution (offered to you at checkout) that helps cover your order if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We offer thisĀ protectionĀ to our customers as an added item/service at checkout.

Where is My Order?Ā Once fulfilled, a shipping confirmation with tracking will be emailed. You can also track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.Ā 

How Does Our Protection Service Work?Ā If your order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, our expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred (and as soon as possible). Claims are typically reviewed within 1-2 business days.

How Are Refunds or Reorders Processed?

  • Refunds: We cover the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and additional fees are not included.
  • Replacements: We'llĀ replaceĀ theĀ exact items you had in your order. Unavailable items will be refunded, and we'll cover the cost, including shipping and taxes.

When Should I File a Claim?

  • Marked As Delivered (Stolen): Claims are reviewed within specific time frames.
  • Stuck In Transit (Lost): Different guidelines apply to domestic and international orders.
  • Damaged: Claims for damaged items require photos and must be filed within a set period.
